Our Tracy went to see Sweeney Tod,and i thought the previews looked good,so i asked her what it was like,she told me “only the best film i’ve ever seen in my life”so this intrigued me,”what was so good about it?” “everything,the scenery,hummer, gory,songs,boss ending,try it dad you’ll love it” so i was thinking about it,i dont like musicals,but our Tra got me wondering about it……………….so i watched it………and as she said……..it was a totally brilliant film,very Gothic looking,you’d think it was a horror if you didnt know,and the murder story pulled it off as a musical with a great story and a brilliant ending that even i didnt see coming and i’ve watched some movies in my time,so dont think twice about seeing it,this has to be movie of 2008 unless something spectacular comes out?

While talking to the lads about this film,we all agreed that this film isn’t the type you’d watch a jarg copy of,another lad said “with boss special affects like that,you have to go to the cinema to appreciate it” then another pointed out “this film has nothing to do with women,it’s a mans film” but if a group of guys went to the cinema and all sat together with their coke and popcorn,wouldn’t it look a bit gay?so….how do we get to watch it?

This is a cult film….the more times you watch it….the more you read into it? how many times have you watched Donnie Darko?i remember the first time i watched it and i was trying to read him i thought “he’s f**king schizo” and the later on he was seeing a shrink he told him”Donnie Darko you are a schizophrenic” and thought i’d cracked it but apparently he’s a god and a time traveler….what you’s think?
